"Rio+20" is the 2012 UN Agenda 21 party/summit to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to "celebrate" the 20 years since George HW Bush's signing of the "Rio Accord", which became the UN Agenda 21 agreement. Yes, he did. At UN's "Rio Earth Summit 1992".
Patriots: there will be protests at numerous UN buildings and ICLEI offices on June 28th throughout the USA. The protest is timed to coincide with ICLEI's address to the United States Congress.
ICLEI: International Council on Local Environmental Initiatives (Pronounced "IK' - lee")
What is ICLEI?
ICLEI is the UN arm dedicated to bringing Agenda 21's vision of depopulation, global ecotyranny and one world government to the local community level. It does this through non-government agencies (NGOs), foundations, tax-exempt/not-for-profits, and through federal and state grants. A favorite tactic is partnering with trusted organizations such as churches. Another is offering "grant money" (confiscated taxpayer assets) with strings attached. In New Jersey, one example of such is the state "Green Acres" program. Another is the ICLEI "Mayor's Pledge".

What is UN Agenda 21?
This global contract binds governments around the world to the UN plan for changing the ways we live, eat, learn, and communicate - all under the noble banner of "saving the earth" - green tyranny. Its regulations would severely limit water, electricity, and transportation - even deny human access to our most treasured wilderness areas. If implemented, it would manage and monitor all lands and people. Humans will be concentrated into high-density "smart growth" centers, and most of the US will be re-wilded. Check the plan, here.
No one would be free from the watchful eye of the new global tracking and information system.
The UN’s Agenda 21 is definitely comprehensive and global — breathtakingly so. Agenda 21 proposes a global regime that will monitor, oversee, and strictly regulate our planet’s oceans, lakes, streams, rivers, aquifers, sea beds, coastlands, wetlands, forests, jungles, grasslands, farmland, deserts, tundra, and mountains. It even has a whole section on regulating and “protecting” the atmosphere. It proposes plans for cities, towns, suburbs, villages, and rural areas. It envisions a global scheme for healthcare, education, nutrition, agriculture, labor, production, and consumption — in short, everything; there is nothing on, in, over, or under the Earth that doesn’t fall within the purview of some part of Agenda 21."
UN Agenda 21 and its local arm, ICLEI, propose to do this through ‘smart growth’ development, restricting open spaces and educating children to see themselves as global citizens as opposed to Americans. At the heart of Agenda 21 is the elimination of property rights and total control by central economic planners.
Don't say it can't be done here. They are already doing it with great success. Al Gore, Obama & Co. are pushing it along at full warp speed since they want to implement it past the point of no return before more people catch on to what is happening.
STILL not worried? Then hear this: UN Agenda 21 is a George Soros plan for one world government - and also takes out the US completely as a factor. Yes, him. And we are buying into it completely with this "green" mindset.

The event’s inaugural keynote speaker will be the Honorable Sha Zukang, Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20), whose keynote address, The Road to Rio+20, will explain the role of key global and national stakeholders, and the impact and vision of this historic conference.
As Secretary-General of Rio+20, Ambassador Sha Zukang will convene high-ranking leaders from government, the private sector and civil society to chart a pathway to accelerate the implementation of sustainable development decisions and the green economy through the creation of an institutional framework and inclusive participation.

I can't believe anyone with a shred of loyalty to the US would get involved with this attempt to estalish a one-world totalitarian government. Please do as I will---contact your Federal representatives and let them know you are totally opposed to this UN Agenda 21.

This is not a left/right issue. We have to resist the effort to divide us. Our freedom and sovereignty depend on our active defense of our constitution. I'd like to encourage everyone to attend our conference, Behind The Green Mask, on August 6 in Santa Rosa, CA. Let's keep getting this information out to all Americans, and to the world.
